Host and Creative Director

Meet our healthcare podcast host and creative director, Dr Njeri Karianjahi is an adolescent health specialist and advocate based in Nairobi, Kenya. With a Consultant Paediatrician background and 8 years of experience in the field of paediatrics healthcare, she is passionate about the health care of teens and young people.

She holds a Grad. Dip from the University of Melbourne, which equipped her with the skills to apply preventative frameworks in the field of adolescent health and wellbeing. She completed a clinical fellowship in adolescent medicine at the prestigious Hospital for Sick Children affiliated with the University of Toronto in Canada. With her foundation training in paediatrics and child health in Nairobi, Kenya, her fellowship has improved her skills in providing evidence-based, patient-centered, age-appropriate adolescent-based healthcare.
